Dr. Bill Sterett
Knee, Shoulder & Sports Medicine
Dr. Sterett has had the honor of being the Head Team Physician for the US Women's Ski Team since 1997. That's 20 years of treating the world's top skiing talent. Every winter weekend, Dr. Sterett is poised to react to any situation, from emergency midnight calls to emergency surgeries. The incredible racers of the U.S. Team know that Dr. Sterett has the experience and knowledge to treat any scenario.
Dr. Erik Dorf
Shoulder, Hand, Elbow, Wrist, Knee & Orthopaedic Trauma
In addition to being team physician for Summit High School and Team Summit, Dr. Dorf is also an active member of the US Ski & Snowboard Physician Pool, and enjoys the challenges associated with the care of high level athletes. "From my perspective, every one of my patients deserves the highest level of care. My goal is to get my patients back to the level of performance they achieved before their injury."
Dr. Nathan Cafferky

The mountain communities are unique in that, as a physician, Dr. Cafferky's patients enjoy the same activities as he does. Dr. Cafferky enjoy working closely with his patients to help them get back on their feet, so that they can get back to enjoying the activities that brought them to live in the mountains.
Dr. Max Seiter
Orthopaedic Surgery, Sports Medicine: Shoulder, Hip, and Knee Specialist, Fracture Care & Orthopaedic Trauma
Dr. Seiter first learned to ski at Breckenridge Ski Resort during a family trip to the area as a teenager. His dream was always to perform sports medicine in an active community with outdoor enthusiasts, so it’s no surprise that his path lead him back to the Colorado High Country. Last year, he traveled internationally with the US ski team to Austria and China and covered the Burton US Open in 2020.
